Division 16 was awarded Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification on May 2014. Our firm's eligibility is under the specialty areas of Electrical Contractor (NAICS 238210), and Mechanical Contractors (NAICS 238220). Our Certification will permit negotiation with agencies under the Highway and Transportation Authority in the construction and transportation activities developed with federal assistance. In November 2014 we received DBE certifications with the State of Louisiana DOT, the City of New Orleans, and all LAUCP related programs.
